I understand that the first of the month is the order deadline. Gooder Group must receive all orders, changes, and cancellations in writing by the first of the month of the order deadline. All orders, changes, and cancellations received after the first of the month will be effective for the next scheduled issue.
Subscriptions to newsletters are continuous year after year until canceled. YOU MUST CONTACT THE GOODER GROUP TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. We cannot pull your order in the middle of production cycle without a penalty.

Imprint Set-up (One-time fee) Check one:  

Standard $65: Company name and address, 1 color image (photo OR logo), title, slogan, designations, phone & fax #'s, e-mail & web addresses. Revision to existing artwork (after signoff) is $50.  

Custom $110: All standard options, 2 or more images (photo AND logo), "renaming" the newsletter to custom name. Revision to existing artwork (after signoff) is $50. Imprint Cost

Please submit high-resolution color image(s) in JPG, TIF, EPS, BMP or PDF file formats. Do not try to capture images off the web as they will not reproduce in print (no GIF files). E-mail images to Newsletters@GooderGroup.com. Proofs will be e-mailed (PDF only) for approval before printing, approximately half-way through our 6-week production schedule.
