CITYSBEST In 1996 with the Internet in its infancy, Larry Grossmann decided to offer website services as a part of his then 27-year-old publishing company. One of his first customers was a Richard Mendenhall, a Re/Max Broker and later NAR President.

Grossmann soon discovered most agents wanted the same thing: A site that set them apart from the rest, made them look great and showed property without a lot of work on their part.

CitysBest started in 1997. "I remember Richard telling me over and over -

be webmasters," remembers Grossmann.
