Do I have to sign up for a certain length of time
or sign a contract?
No, you may cancel your subscription any time after three months. Cancellations
must be received by the GOODER GROUP in writing (e-mail, fax or mail)
before the last day of the month to be effective for the next month.

Is website hosting included?
Yes. Your website will be maintained on the Internet 24/7 for as long
as you maintain an active subscription.
Do I need my own domain URL?
No, you get a unique URL domain name with your RAINMAKER WEBSITE. If you
want to use your current domain name, ask your RAINMAKER WEBSITE provider.

How do RAINMAKER WEBSITES work with RAINMAKER
E-CENTRAL?
Every RAINMAKER WEBSITE contains lead capture forms pre-installed in RAINMAKER
LEADS ONLINE. When a prospect submits a lead capture form, not only are
you contacted via e-mail, but the prospect is auto-registered in your
RAINMAKER E-CENTRAL database which launches an auto-response Action Plan
or Campaign of automated follow-up e-mail. The e-mail is continuous until
you delete the Action Plan/Campaign, or the prospect opts out.

What happens if I already have RAINMAKER E-CENTRAL?
No problem. Your current RAINMAKER E-CENTRAL
subscription will be automatically transferred to your new RAINMAKER WEBSITE,
including your user ID, Password and all contacts in your RAINMAKER E-CENTRAL
database.

What can I do to get my site up and running as fast
as possible?
You're in control. By submitting complete information for your personalization
choices and responding immediately to RAINMAKER WEBSITE provider requests,
you can get your website up and running in a matter of days. Remember
you can always add additional personalization features later. Ask your

to ask.

Can I switch from one website style to another?
Yes. Be sure to make it clear that you are canceling one site and subscribing
to a new site. There will be a one-time setup fee for your new site with
your new RAINMAKER WEBSITE provider.

Can I have more than one RAINMAKER WEBSITE?
Yes. Each site stands alone and will include a unique subscription to
the entire package. This is a popular option particularly with teams who
